Following up on an early career on Wall Street, once her four kids were old enough to find their way home from school, Louisville native Diane Kirven worked in financial services to manage her clients’ most valuable assets.  She is skilled at listening and understanding investment and retirement needs.  As a Financial Advisor, real estate was often key to the overall structure of client portfolios.

At Kentucky Select Properties, Diane’s focus hasn’t had to shift far from her passion for helping people make one of the most important decisions of their life. First time home buyers, empty nesters looking to down size and everyone in between will benefit from her analytical skills, disciplined approach to the real estate process and from her genuine interest in knowing her clients and what makes them tick.

Diane is a member of the Women’s Club of University of Louisville, Cherokee Triangle Association and Costco! She played varsity field hockey and tennis at Atherton High School, Louisville Collegiate School and Manhattanville College, winning high scorer and MVP awards for field hockey and received the President’s Prize for overall contribution to college life.  She is a volunteer with Collegiate Second Century Campaign and serves on the Alumni Board.

Down time for Diane is spent reading and cooking, taking power walks in Cherokee Park with the family’s Pretty Good Lab Jake, and sweating through a variety of hot yoga classes.

If you want to talk real estate, have questions about your home or just want to join Diane in a yoga workout, she would love to hear from you!
